Because every Saltwater Sisters piece is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we want you to truly love your jewelry. If your order arrives and there's a problem with your piece, or it isn't what you expected, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

We'll do everything we can to make it right—whether that means replacing your piece, repairing it, or finding another solution together.
